jmDeviceServer

Your boss just told you that the company needs to cut the budget.  You need access to important machine data, but you can not afford expensive HMI panels for every machine.  You need to find a more cost effect way to access the data.  How can you do it?   jmDeviceServer provides a way to access machine data without using a dedicated HMI panel.

jmDeviceServer is a server appliance that can connect to multiple machines and provide an HMI for all the connected machines.  On system for many machines reduces costs.  jmDeviceServer also records data as well as offers most features found in a high end HMIs.  You can record trend data, monitor alarms, view event list and access live data from the machine.  You can define recipes, schedule events and send e-mails when alarms occur. The data can be viewed at any time using jmClient, jmLite or a standard web interface.  You get the same graphical interface found in a dedicated HMI panel except you can use one system for multiple machines.

jmDeviceServer accesses machines using native protocols defined by the machine.  The system includes a virtual protocol engine that provides connectivity with most popular factory and building automation protocols including modbus, KNX and UniNet.  The system allows you to connect to up to 8 different devices from one computer, depending from available hardware resources.

jmDeviceServer offers very interesting connectivity options for existing system based on the legacy UniOP and UniNET Ethernrt networks.
jmDeviceServer is featuring OPC connectivity, allowing direct connection to the UniNET OPC Server, opening an unrivaled set of remote access options for existing installations. FOr any additional information, please feel free to ask any question by contacting us at info@jmobileproject.com
